Important Notes
- All booths must maintain a clear pathway at the public area after 16:30 on July 30, 2023 and be completed by 20:30 on July 30, 2023. Any excess products, packaging materials, and wastes must be removed before the due time.
- The site of the exhibition space shall be made available to the participants at 09:00 on the first day of the Congress. If the sponsor fails to occupy the exhibition space by 12:00, the Exhibition Committee reserves the right to allot the vacant exhibition spaces to the waiting applicants.
- During the build up and dismantling period, no material should be left unattended at any time.
- All destruction and move-out operations must be completed before 17:30 on 02 August, 2023. All excess products, packaging materials and wastes must be removed before the due time.
