Abstract authors who have been notified on the acceptance of your abstract for presentation at 2023 Asian Pig Veterinary Society Congress(APVS 2023).
Please read through this page carefully to prepare your participation.

Oral Presenters
- All oral presentations are allocated a duration of 15 minutes. Including 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes Q&A time.
- Oral presentation should be presented in English.
- Please submit your PPT presentation on the abstract submission portal.
- Please name your document as “Presenting No._Presenting Author”. (ex. O-T-000_FirstName LastName)
- Please download the official PPT template if needed, you may also use your preferred template.
Poster Presenters
- Please submit your poster presentation in a 1-page PDF on the abstract submission portal.
- Please name your document as “Presenting No._Presenting Author”. (ex. P-T-000_FirstName LastName)
- Please be prepared to print out your poster presentation.
- Be sure to include the Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
Printing Preparation
- The text of your presentation should be visible from 3 feet away. Therefore, a large font (20 point or larger) for the primary text should be applied for, and an even larger font for headings.
- DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER to the conference venue but hand carry to the meeting site.
- Poster presentations will be held on 2F Public Area, TICC.
- Presenting authors are required to set up the posters during the designed hours using the adhesive tapes provided onsite. No paste, glue, thumbtacks or staples are permitted.
- Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them at the very end of the poster sessions. Posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
