- Cancellation must be notified to the Congress Secretariat in writing by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org )
- All refund will be made after the congress.
- All bank services charged and all administration fee will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
- Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information until the Early-bird registration deadline. If you wish to change your registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the congress secretariat by email (email@example.com ).
- Complete registration requires full payment. Please note that the registration will not be processed without the receipt of this documentation.

Change Participation Type
- To make any changes, please notify congress secretariat. We would appreciate every changes to be requested no later than May 31, 2023. Refund policies, please refer to the table above.
- For International registrants, if you registered to attend the meeting in person but you are unable to attend, you may change your registration to virtual attendance. You will be charged if there are price differences between your registration. However, the congress will issue a refund for the price difference between in-person registration and virtual registration at the time of your change request.
- For International registrants if you registered for virtual attendance but would like to attend the congress in-person eventually. You will be charged the price difference between virtual registration and in-person registration at the time of your change request.

Participants who choose to pay the registration fee via telegraph transfer are requested to complete the transaction process and upload the remittance receipt via the registration system before the deadlines below.
- For Early Birds, please complete the payment and upload the Remittance Receipt before April 27, 2023 (GMT+8).
- For Regular Registration, please complete the payment and upload the Remittance Receipt before June 30, 2023 (GMT+8).
- The Registration System will automatically email you a link if you choose to pay the registration fee via telegraph transfer.
- Please click the link and upload the Remittance Receipt. The registration process is completed after the Remittance Receipt is uploaded.
- All bank charges including inbound and/or outbound administration fees will be borne by the remitters (participants). Please remind the bank personnel of this requirement while making remittance/tele-transfer of your payment.
- Please fill in the registrant’s name and registration number/affiliation/working institution in the remarks/details column of the transfer form.
After you have uploaded the Remittance Receipt, the Conference Secretariat will confirm your payment with the bank and send you a confirmation letter.

However, the APVS 2023 Congress reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The APVS 2023 Secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
